Taxes & Customs

You live in the U.S.A. - does not apply for Canada

If you live in the US, then you are technically responsible for clearing customs and paying import taxes yourself. But private purchases under $800 are usually allowed into the US without any customs duty, and else our shipping partner DHL Express will handle customs for you. If you dig to read legal stuff, see the "International Postal Service" section of https://www.cbp.gov/trade/basic-import-export/internet-purchases

But consider yourself warned, if you buy more than $800 worth of bikinis in one big shipment to the US, that might make matters more complicated that, say, ordering two shipments of $400 each.

You live in Canada

If you live in Canada, your government will charge you import taxes and there's pretty much nothing we can do about it. Sorry Meow.

You live in the European Union

We're a German company, so if you live in the EU, we'll handle taxes and customs for you.

Help! I have to pay $$$$ in customs

Probably, either you or the delivery service filled out some of the paperwork the wrong way. Please contact us so we can fix this and/or send you a voucher.
